Exhibition Introduction In the face of military operations and sudden major incidents and natural disasters, the military, armed police, public security, transportation and rescue departments need to communicate information quickly and effectively in order to understand the on-site situation, make timely and scientific decisions, and mobilize manpower and resources. Emergency command systems have emerged as a result. At present, in the military, armed police, public security, border defense, coastal defense, fire protection, civil air defense, rescue, disease control and other departments, how to strengthen informatization construction so that leaders at all levels can make accurate and rapid decisions on emergencies has become an important topic.
The "Command & Dispatch System" can realize full-process tracking and support for the handling of emergencies. From the reporting of emergencies, collection of relevant data, judgment of the degree of urgency, real-time communication, joint command, on-site emergency support, and assistance in leadership decision-making, it can make rapid responses to sudden crisis events within a short period of time and provide appropriate response plans; with the help of various high-tech communication means such as networks, CALL CENTER, video phones, wireless access, and voice systems, it can coordinate all units within the system in a timely manner. The "SARS" outbreak in 2003 led to the trial construction of urban emergency command and dispatch systems, and a snow disaster in early 2008 further promoted the comprehensive development of emergency command systems. The emergency command system is a large-scale integrated system built on public social information facilities (such as communication networks and computer networks) that connects the business information systems of various related industries (public security, transportation, civil air defense, meteorology, disease control, military).
The construction status of command and dispatch systems reflects the overall informatization level of a country. As China plays an increasingly important role in international affairs, the Olympic Games and the National Games have fully demonstrated China's development level in command and dispatch systems. Large-scale events such as the World Expo and the Asian Games will continue to serve as stages for testing the level of China's urban command and dispatch systems. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, terrorist attacks, public health incidents, and production safety accidents has pushed emergency command systems to the forefront. The successive emergencies have made all industries attach unprecedented importance to the construction of emergency command and dispatch systems. With the strong support of industry organizations including the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the PLA Military Industry Project Research Association, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the "2012 3rd China International Command & Dispatch Technology and Equipment Exhibition (abbreviated as: CICTE)", jointly hosted by the Military Command Professional Committee of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, the Aviation Command Professional Committee of the Beijing Aeronautics and Astronautics Society, the Emergency Communication Professional Committee of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, the Satellite Navigation Professional Committee of the Beijing Aeronautics and Astronautics Society, the China Communications Industry Association, and the Asian Emergency Science Management Association, and organized by Beijing Yuanyang Tengda International Exhibition Co., Ltd., will be held at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing from June 6 to 8, 2012.
