A month of internship has passed. First of all, I have learned a lot of knowledge that I would not have been exposed to at school. For example, the methods and costs for a company to register a domain name, the process and required materials for applying for dual-software certification, and the preferential policies for enterprises in the patent registration process and fees. In addition, I also learned about the temporary residence permit required for living in Beijing and the documents needed to apply for it.

During my time at the front desk, I had a lot of time every day. The tasks were trivial, but each one required patience and careful execution. I have greatly improved my skills in receiving visitors, handling affairs, and maintaining proper etiquette and appearance. I have realized that everything is a discipline, and even answering the phone requires attention to many details, because the front desk represents the image of the company as a whole. When facing customers and guests, it is essential to pay close attention to politeness and demeanor, and also to gather as much information as possible from them for future business contacts.

I followed Sister Zhou to help with publicity on various websites, posting company introductions and product information. Through the promotion of the company and its products, I also gained a certain understanding of the functions, properties, and features of the products. For example, the IDM-30 series, 30A, 120, 240, 480, and the new product IDM-TOP. The functions and properties of these devices are all related to the communication knowledge I have learned, which made me feel honored to apply what I have learned.

During the first two weeks, we had training sessions every day at noon for all employees, which left a deep impression on me. Professional knowledge is the driving force for production and development. Through the training, we learned about various departments and also gained knowledge in many areas. When General Manager Wang and Engineer Li explained the multiplexing technology and the 32-channel frame structure used in our equipment, I was very excited inside. These were all things we had learned in textbooks and been tested on, which suddenly made me feel that more than ten years of study had finally found its use.

During this period of internship, I realized that there are still many things I did not understand or had never been exposed to, and I still need to learn them well. All the seniors are my role models. I am very grateful for their help and guidance, which have benefited me greatly on my life path. I truly cherish this internship opportunity given to me by your company, and I approach every task with the most sincere attitude. Indeed, this has allowed me to learn a great deal of knowledge in various aspects. Finally, I wish the company continued prosperity and growth.
