  2. The IDM MUX30, IDM MUX90, and IDM MUX170 are used respectively to provide 30, 60, and 100 telephone lines at the plant areas;

u 1 unit of IDM MSAP-G3CP at the central office;

u 1 unit each of IDM MUX30, IDM MUX90, and IDM MUX170 at the 3 remote nodes, 3 units in total;

u SDH network management software server and corresponding server at the management control center equipment room;

u 1 network management terminal;

The interworking design for this topology is as follows:

  1. Interconnection with PSTN: The central office connects to the program-controlled switch via the analog trunk interface (FXO) of the IDM MSAP-G3CP, thereby accessing the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
