The IDM MCC580 portable multi-mode converged communication terminal expands its interfaces at two levels — external plug-in and built-in board: externally it has one 100 Mbps plus one Gigabit RJ45 port, three Type-C ports and an SD card, and the external expansion socket on the body accepts plug-in switch docking modules, telephone FXS/FXO modules, trunking intercom modules and radio access modules. For communication access, 4G/5G full-network compatibility and SparkLink wireless are standard built-in features, WiFi and HALOW are integrated into the built-in antennas, Mesh ad-hoc networking forms automatically in server-free environments without a public network, the satellite IoT port card is optional, and with a module added the terminal can also interoperate with digital trunking intercom and VHF radio sets, and supports LoRa and infrared communication.
