1.1.1 Mobile Emergency Communication Vehicle

The mobile emergency communication vehicle is mainly used in scenarios where communication is disrupted at exercise or rescue sites. A mobile command vehicle can be dispatched to set up a temporary command center and a temporary wireless trunking network on-site. Internal communication with field troops is conducted via the wireless trunking network, while communication with the command center is carried out through the satellite network.

The command vehicle system is designed with a rational interior layout to meet operational requirements, with the communication system as its core, including data communication, voice, and video communication.

It is recommended to deploy the IDM M9000C field dispatch system on the emergency communication vehicle to implement the mobile command post function. The vehicle-mounted dispatch system consists of a vehicle-mounted wireless system, a dispatch host, a dispatch console, gateways, and other communication equipment. The entire vehicle body constitutes a complete dispatch and command system.

In addition to supporting multimedia command and dispatch functions such as emergency conferencing, video linkage, and text messaging, the system also provides users with a working mode compatible with trunking intercom systems. Users can achieve half-duplex communication simply by pressing the PTT button on a handheld terminal or vehicle-mounted radio, or by lifting the handset of a telephone. With the trunking intercom function, in addition to internal communication terminals and wireless trunking, traditional communication networks such as PSTN can also be accessed. Upon arriving at the designated location, the vehicle can quickly commence operations, enabling multimedia network communication of voice, data, and video within the wireless coverage area. Communication is achieved through satellite, GSM/CDMA, and other wireless networks, and combined with a rich array of mobile wireless terminals such as vehicle-mounted radios, handheld radios, individual soldier backpacks, and PDAs, an integrated mobile deployment system is formed. The vehicle-mounted system can be rapidly and flexibly deployed with the vehicle, meeting the command and dispatch communication needs of non-fixed areas such as battlefields, disaster relief, and emergency incident response.

It has the following functions:

It has the following functions:

n Professional intercom terminals: Dedicated IP dispatch telephones, industrial-grade PTT intercom handheld radios, and vehicle-mounted radios can meet the needs of different users. Smart terminals such as PDAs and individual soldier backpacks can not only implement trunking intercom functions but also support the collection of data, pictures, and images.

n Continuity of usage habits: The usage method of the trunking intercom system is exactly the same as the PTT usage of traditional trunking intercom, requiring no change in user habits and making it easier for users to accept.

n Flexible group division: The system can flexibly divide intercom groups, and different groups do not affect each other. Not only can dispatchers change user group members, but authorized terminals can also autonomously switch between groups.

n Multiple network interconnection: The system can implement intercom between wired and wireless terminals.
