Many enterprises place great importance on their surveillance centers, routing all internal camera image information to the center. The center uses a large-capacity video matrix to display video on large video splicing screens, providing direct visualization. Some video surveillance centers also integrate fire command functions, primarily for connecting fire telephones and fire horns.

In security centers, we often see duty officers sitting in front of large screens, with a telephone on the left and a wireless two-way radio on the right, along with a phone directory. Imagine a scenario where an emergency such as a water leak or fire occurs; the duty officer may not have time to look up phone numbers and coordinate various rescue resources.

Many enterprises with higher security levels have already installed command and dispatch systems, such as power and mining companies, which have had industry-specific dispatch standards for a long time. In recent years, China has also been planning various levels of emergency command and dispatch networks at the national level. Enterprise dispatch communication serves both emergency response needs and as a means to improve management efficiency in daily operations.

For example, in the event of an elevator malfunction, when a passenger presses the intercom/alarm button, the corresponding elevator intercom button on the dispatch console in the security command center flashes. The duty officer presses the button, and the corresponding camera in the elevator displays the cabin image. After assessing the situation, the officer can call the elevator maintenance team via telephone or use the wireless trunking intercom to direct maintenance personnel and establish communication with those inside the elevator to resolve the issue.

In another example, if a water pipe leaks, the duty officer can use the dedicated security wireless trunking channel to direct traffic, while simultaneously using the dedicated logistics maintenance wireless trunking channel to direct repairs. During this process, the officer can monitor the work of both the security and maintenance groups. If coordination is needed, the two trunking groups can be merged into one—something traditional two-way radios cannot achieve.

Duty officers can also monitor parking space information in real-time across various parking lots and publish real-time parking guidance information at intersections.

The integrated dispatch system can also integrate electronic fence alarm information. When an alarm is triggered at a certain location, the corresponding camera image is automatically displayed on the screen, eliminating the need for the officer to search for it. Simultaneously, an emergency response plan is triggered, notifying relevant personnel via broadcasting, SMS, telephone, or wireless trunking to handle the situation.
