The Multimedia Touchscreen Command & Dispatch Console consists of an industrial-grade all-round visible, digital high-definition LCD touchscreen and two dispatch units. Built-in multimedia communication command & dispatch control software registers and connects to the integrated multimedia communication dispatch host via IP network, performing overall command & dispatch control of the communication system. It is the core management and control device of the communication dispatch system. The multimedia communication command & dispatch control management interface graphically displays terminal device types (IP phones, intercoms, mobile phones, cameras, etc.) in real time, and uses corresponding colors to show current device status (idle, ringing, in-call, etc.). The system enables one-click communication dispatch for various wired and wireless network communication terminals, with simple and efficient operation.

Product Functions:
Basic Functions: Click-to-call, call transfer, call forwarding, parking, call pickup, call snatching, hold/resume, do-not-disturb, blocking, night and holiday service policy settings, etc.
Dispatch Functions: Single-click, barge-in, forced release, call pickup, monitor, call barring, manual/automatic transfer, group call, group call, conference, dynamic grouping, hierarchical collaborative dispatch, etc.
Broadcast Functions: Includes broadcast, voice paging, environmental monitoring, etc. Broadcast includes instant broadcast, scheduled broadcast, and broadcast audio source can be selected from internal sound files, external audio sources, or TTS files for playback.
Trunked Intercom: Can dispatch intercoms of different frequency bands, models, and standards (digital/analog); can control talk rights through the dispatch software interface.
Conference Functions: Conference convening, conference reservation, conference member identity authentication, multiple conferences, monitoring conference process, etc.
SMS Functions: Can send SMS to internal IP phones, WiFi phones, multimedia terminals, GPS terminals by clicking, and can also send SMS to external mobile network phones.
Electronic Fax: Import fax files, batch send, save images after receiving fax and automatically send to designated email.
Emergency Plans: Supports communication emergency plan management, pre-edit communication emergency plans according to usage environment (e.g., flood prevention, drought resistance, explosion, fire, etc.); when an event occurs, click the corresponding plan button on the dispatch console to quickly initiate the preset communication dispatch work (e.g., automatic sound amplification broadcast alarm, automatic initiation of conference with responsible persons, automatic sending of event SMS).
Monitoring Functions: Display of missed calls, unregistered, incoming call queue status, communication fault alarms, fault log management.
System Management: Group management, account management, multi-level permission management, hotline management.
