After the IDM MCC560 multi-mode ad-hoc network converged communication terminal is powered on, it performs an automatic search for same-frequency terminals and establishes mesh links, so that any two terminals in the network can reach each other, with voice, video and data shared within the network; in the event of a link interruption, services undergo automatic rerouting through other nodes, and the network provides self-organizing and self-healing capabilities. The unit can set links such as 4G, WiFi and digital trunking intercom in a primary/backup relationship; when the primary link fails, services switch over to the backup link within 50 ms, and the switchover is completed automatically by the terminal.
