It is recommended to carry out troubleshooting in the following order: first confirm that the required links are enabled and within coverage, and switch to Mesh ad-hoc networking when there is no 4G or WiFi signal; then check whether the group, the channel and the peer terminal are on the same frequency and in the same network, because a call cannot be established when the channels are inconsistent; next check the number of nodes in the network and the status of the primary and backup links, and confirm whether the automatic switchover within 50 ms takes effect; when video backhaul is obstructed, check the link bandwidth and the service load, and if necessary extend satellite or 5G modules through the mini PCIe and Type-C interfaces; finally check the end-to-end (E2E) encryption and the permission policy with the management department. For routine maintenance, it is recommended to switch off the power before plugging or unplugging interfaces, to clean them regularly and to re-measure the optical power and the link quality; if the abnormality persists, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer's technical support.
