1、IDM Voice365-IOT365 Functions

• IDM-Voice-IOT 365 is a compact office assistant integrating office and wireless dispatch, providing significant assistance to company market management, factory dispatch, community customer management, and logistics management. This device is also known as an IP intercom system, or IP voice intercom gateway, as well as a company telephone switchboard assistant, company telephone operator assistant, e-commerce telephone assistant, fixed-line CRM system, etc.

• IDM-Voice-IOT 365 provides 2 universal voice interfaces, which can connect to a telephone exchange (FXO) or telephone sets (FXS). Generally, both are connected to FXO for switchboard use, and operators typically use WIFI headsets; alternatively, it can be 1 external line and 1 EM 24-wire interface for connecting to wireless intercom. It features one RJ 45 network interface; and 1 DTMF telephone number receiver and sender, shared by the 2 channels. This device enables arbitrary calls between telephones, external lines, wireless intercom, and IP intercom.

• Multiple IDM-Voice-IOT 365 units can be combined together to accommodate more voice interfaces.

• When an external call comes in, the DTMF receiver detects the calling number and transmits it to the APP. If recording is required, the audio data also needs to be transmitted to the recording server (which can be a mobile APP).

• When making an outgoing call, select an idle external line, go off-hook, and dial out DTMF signals.

2、IDM Voice365-IOT365 Functions -- Interworking with Group Intercom

• When transfer to the IP network is required, the call can be transferred to the APP or to the IDM IP-TALKie intercom terminal. This way, no matter where the transferred party is located, they can be reached as long as there is network connectivity.

• IDM IP-TALKie includes WIFI-TALKie and WL-TALKie; the latter supports both WIFI and 230M/430M ad-hoc network dual-mode channels.

• Full-duplex calls and half-duplex trunked intercom can be achieved under WIFI network.

• IDM IP-TALKie is an IP-based trunked intercom terminal that enables one-to-many broadcast communication. When the Voice 365 - IOT 365 full-duplex telephone communication device communicates with the half-duplex IDM IP-TALKie, voice VOX signaling transmission and reception control technology is required. That is, the telephone channel is kept in a constant off-hook call state; when incoming voice is detected, it is converted into voice data packets and sent to each intercom terminal, which automatically plays and answers; when any intercom terminal speaks, it is automatically played to the telephone channel.

• IDM IP-TALKie supports ad-hoc network mode communication and communication under the IoT server; the latter can provide more communication functions under the coordination of the IoT server.

3、IDM WIFI-TALKie Desktop Intercom Terminal

• IDM WIFI-TALKie desktop intercom terminal provides intercom services in WIFI coverage environments, facilitating convenient mobile command on desktops in command halls.

• IDM WIFI-TALKie desktop intercom terminal has two working modes: push-to-talk control and microphone voice control;

• IDM WIFI-TALKie integrates an LCD display for receiving command message short messages, displaying current speaker information, queued speech information, meeting schedules, etc.;

• IDM WIFI-TALKie integrates a touchscreen, allowing customization of internal control functions, such as controlling seat lighting, controlling curtains, turning on audio systems, controlling seat monitor lifting, and applying for discussion speech, etc.;

4、IDM WIFI-TALKie Group Intercom Terminal

• IDM WIFI-TALKie intercom terminal provides intercom services in WIFI coverage environments, enabling group intercom among terminals as well as one-to-one individual calls. Widely used in confined spaces with WIFI coverage, such as hotels, restaurants, basements, utility tunnels, workshops, and other areas. It can also be used for mobile command in command halls.

• IDM WIFI-TALKie can communicate with the intercom APP provided by our company;

• IDM WIFI-TALKie integrates an LCD display for receiving command message short messages, and can also display employee information, QR codes, etc.;

• IDM WIFI-TALKie has an expansion serial port, typically used for connecting control information, alarm information, sensor data, etc.;

• IDM WIFI-TALKie's touchscreen can operate in one-key alarm mode, divided into 8 alarm levels, with color blocks with text display. When an alarm signal is received, the corresponding alarm area flashes, with audible alerts and text prompts in the prompt bar. When an alarm is triggered locally, the alarm interface is brought up; pressing the alarm area shows an alarm success prompt (requires return message confirmation) with color display. One of the buttons is a function test button.

• IDM WL-TALKie provides two communication transmission channels: WIFI and 230M/430M ad-hoc dual-mode, supporting ad-hoc communication;

• IDM WL-TALKie intercom terminal provides intercom services in environments without 4G signal or WIFI coverage, enabling group intercom among terminals as well as one-to-one individual intercom calls. Applied in certain restricted spaces, such as forests, mountainous areas, basements, tunnels, etc., as well as places with high confidentiality requirements (such as the military), and places with high security levels

(such as prison duty and other armed police duty locations), etc.;
