I. Product Introduction

The IDM Voive365 USB Gooseneck Conference Intercom Microphone is a desktop high-fidelity multifunctional microphone launched by Beijing Ruiguang Jiyuan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. It is plug-and-play via the PC's USB interface, converting high-fidelity pickup signals into digital signals on the USB interface. It can also convert voice control button states into serial port signals transmitted to the terminal via USB, or convert button states into in-band voice signaling. This facilitates signaling management in IP voice conference rooms and enables interoperability with SIP voice terminals such as radios and two-way radios.

II. Product Features

u Complete Audio Conference Solution

The IDM Voive365 USB can be used in SIP audio/video softswitch systems, webRTC audio/video systems, etc. It can also be connected to a PC standalone for full-duplex conferencing and PTT half-duplex intercom.

u End-to-End Connectivity

The IDM Voive365 USB supports different networks such as H.323, SIP, and webRTC, and can connect to various terminal devices including conference rooms and desktops.

III. Functional Features

(1). Provides a USB-powered audio channel, supporting volume up/down, microphone mute, and speaker mute functions;

(2). Supports connection of analog/digital two-way radios and transceivers of different standards, with COR signal auto-detection and voice gain custom recognition functions;

(3). Provides RS232 channel communication with the host, sending data commands to distinguish PTT switch on/off states;

(4). Provides audio signaling shared with the voice channel, including DTMF and FSK, for exchanging signaling with audio servers and audio terminals, and can also detect audio signaling on the line, such as off-hook tones, on-hook tones, busy tones, etc.;

(5). Equipped with EEPROM to store host configuration data, such as whether the PTT button is latching, whether to directly dial a specific intercom group number upon power-on, etc.;

(6). Configured with a highly directional gooseneck microphone element, providing high-quality pickup performance;

(7). Built-in amplifier and 3W local speaker, can be directly used as an intercom terminal;

(8). Works with the host and SIP server to achieve end-to-end intercom, audio conferencing, PTT intercom, etc. Works with the webRTC server to achieve audio/video conferencing. Server and terminals can be on different network segments;

(9). Provides a 3.5mm audio headset interface, allowing multiple users to communicate simultaneously in one environment without interference;

(10). Supports plug-and-play USB interface, no external power supply required. Provides 2 USB expansion ports for connecting a mouse, keyboard, USB camera, etc.;

(11). Can provide up to 2 serial ports for connecting external devices;

(12). The panel adopts the golden ratio design, comfortable and pleasant. Buttons are densely arranged with large key surfaces for easy operation. The surrounding floating design allows interfaces to be hidden on the desktop and facilitates flush mounting into the desktop;
