I. Product Overview
The All-domain Emergency Smart-link Terminal (Satellite Call-out Terminal) is an integrated emergency intelligent terminal launched by Beijing Raytrans Digital Technology Co., Ltd. for the emergency command and dispatch communication field. The product integrates multiple capabilities including satellite communication, voice dispatch, video backhaul, GIS positioning, and broadcast/intercom. Under extreme conditions such as public network interruption or communication blind zones, it relies on satellite links to achieve a closed-loop emergency assurance of "call-out, positioning, reporting, and dispatch," making it the core terminal equipment for building an all-domain coverage, converged and linked emergency command & dispatch system.
The terminal supports converged access and automatic switching between satellite networks and terrestrial public/private networks. Working with the converged dispatch platform and visualized GIS dispatch console, it meets the communication assurance requirements of emergency command & dispatch, disaster prevention and mitigation, forest fire prevention, mine rescue, power line inspection, border patrol, and other scenarios.
